Specialized Drying of Wood Floors

This water damage in a Highlands residence was of particular concern because of the hardwood floors. Rather than tear up the floors, we were able to use specialized equipment, called Injectidry mats, to save the floors. Each mat covers approximately 3 square feet.  The mats are taped down to the floors and constant suction begins under the mat, partnered with heat, causing the moisture in the wood to evaporate.  Our dehumidifiers are setup in the room at the same time to pull the water vapor from the air.

The after photo shows the mats doing their job during the 5 day process.  We have access to as many mats as we could need through the SERVPRO network of franchises.  SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton has 50 of our own mats to save your floors!
