On January 11th at 3:30 a.m., within 50 minutes of receiving the call, SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton crews arrived to a four story hotel to find that the sprinkler system malfunctioned in the void space between the fourth floor and hotel roof, causing a flood through four stories of an extended stay hotel. Sixteen rooms, 4 floors of hallways, attic space, a gym and public bathrooms were affected. SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton immediately got to work, abating the situation and began the restoration process.
SERVPRO of Bordentown/Pemberton was able to turn the rooms back to the hotel management for rebuilding within 7 calendar days and received “Perfect 10’s” for this commercial loss.
